How to set up the dynamic IP address

How to set up the dynamic IP address of the computer? This article introduces the method of configuring automatic IP address and DNS server address under the computers of Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Windows XP dynamic IP settings
1. Right click on “online neighbor” click property.
2. Right click “local connection” – > click ‘attribute’.
3. Double click “Internet protocol (TCP/IP)”.
4. Select “automatically get IP address” and “automatically get DNS server address”, click “OK”.

Windows 7 dynamic IP settings
1. Right click on the “network” choice “attribute”.
2. Click “change adapter settings”.
3. Right click “local connection” selection “attribute”
4. Select “Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)”, and click “property”.
5. Select “automatically get IP address” and “automatically get DNS server address”, click “OK”.

Windows 8 dynamic IP settings
1. The mouse slide top right corner of the desktop, will appear as shown in the bottom of the interface, and then click the “set” option.
2. In setting the interface, click the “control panel” option.
3. Select the “network and Internet” option.
4. Click on “network and sharing center”.
5. Click “change adapter settings”.
6. Right click “Ethernet” to select “attribute”.
7. Select “Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4”) “click” property “(or double click” Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4 “)”).
8. Select “automatically get IP address” and “automatically get DNS server address”, click “OK”.
