Some reviews: Just installed this TP-Link Touch 5 router. I am not an IT tech, just and old man that loves new gadgets. This replaces a very, very old Linksys router that was still working well, but did not support the high speed requirements of todays demands. Easy to install IF you follow the directions ( had a problem because I did not follow the first time I tried setup) and everything throughout the house and even to my neighbors house are on line. Yes there are better routers out there, but this fills all of my reqirements. Can not find out how to register my router? Help please.

Beamforming Technology further improves long-range stability by delivering highly targeted connections. The features for this router are great having parental controls that really work well in this range of routers is great. Setting it up with the tether app is a real snap and was very intuitive. I set it up with ease in about 15 min, I have set up a few others and cannot stress the fact that setting this Archer 2300 up is very simple and intuitive using the app. After I set this up it was time to test.
We have multiple users and they all wanted to setup the Wifi calling on the phones they had. We set them all up in this very small office. We have many users that will be using this wifi on a daily bases and have had no issues as of yet, and don’t expect any either. Simple usb ports on back work well for us and our external usb storage drive for all users. This router has a nice place for homes or small offices like the one we installed it in.

I only wish the lights on the router flickered to show activity. I like to see activity lights flicker, especially when I’m emailing or uploading a file online, that way I know it is working properly. Other than that, I am very happy with my router and I bought it at a very good price as well.

Some reviews: I get signal with the 2.4 throughout my entire 4,000sqft property. In a couple directions, it must pass through 4 walls but I still got useable signal.

Set up is easy. I’ve tested several of TP-Links routers and from the first to the last, it has never taken me more than 5 minutes from opening the box, to the time I had my first device paired to its Wi-Fi. If you ever have a problem they offer great 24hr customer support. I tested this out a couple times too and fielded them some uncommon and technical questions; they always knew the answers right away or within seconds.

This router is truly great looking. It is white, sleek and has nice blue lights. It sits vertically, rather than horizontally like most routers. I actually find that the upright design improves the performance/coverage, since the antennas sit much higher. The 3 antennas can be pointed to any direction, but I found that keeping the left and right antennas at a 45-degree angle and the center antenna straight up, gave the best coverage and performance. I had many connected devices (including smart devices) and found no stability issues during my testing. The dual core CPU definitely makes a big difference in this case. A lot of similar routers don’t come with one! I had no issues with Wi-Fi coverage around my home, and even had great signal in my backyard.

Some reviews: TP-Link products have never let me down and this one is no exception. Have had this for some time so this is NOT a new review (well over a year now) and it has been through a couple of firmware updates since I have owned. I have a high volume of devices connected to this router and all perform flawlessly and very stable. The concurrent use is not high but at any given moment I have a game console, 3 smartphones, Roku streaming my TV service, and a daughter streaming movies on a desktop computer without a hiccup. I will continue to stand by TP-Link. Well done folks.

Archer C2600 disconnects frequently on 5g?
How about your other phones, laptops? Are they also disconnecting? If only the windows 10 is disconnecting, you may need to check the driver of wireless adapter or other settings on windows 10.
If all other devices are working well on 5G, you can try change the Channel and Channel Width of the 5GHz on the router. But your other devices are working well, then I think still some issue on the wireless adapter on your laptop.
